Kathryn and Mike met at work in Santa Monica. They sat in adjoining cubes facing each other, and soon after, fell for each other. Their lives took them to NYC where they got engaged. Mike surprised Kathryn by getting down on one knee in Central Park! As if that wasn’t romantic enough, he also planned a surprise party after, inviting their closest friends and Kathryn’s best friend and sister, from SF. You nailed it, Mike. When they aren’t eating their way through every city the visit, hiking, binging shows or watching movies, they spend time with family and are working on making their new city a home in Michigan!

They chose the always stunning Langham Huntington in Pasadena for their wedding because Kathryn grew up nearby and spent most of her childhood visiting the beautiful grounds. She and her family took every opportunity they got to enjoy a day here (who wouldn’t??) and Kathryn knew someday she’d say “I do” to the man of her dreams here.

If these two aren’t romantic enough for you, they are also two very kind and genuinely lovely people. We can’t believe we were given the honor of not only got to photograph, but feel so lucky we got to spend time getting to know their family and friends and be by their sides on their wedding day. Congrats Kathryn and Mike!
