ATHENAEUM WEDDING | SARA + JOSH
Sooooo… we’re going to try to not cry when writing this, but no promises!
Sara and Josh met online (through e-harmony for those who ask!) they chatted through messaging for a few months before their first date. Sara says that from the first moment she saw Josh she knew he was going to be her husband… cue the tears and chills. How sweet is that? Josh says that within the first 15 minutes of their date, he knew he’d found someone very special, too. Awww…
These two bonded over Gonzaga basketball (Sara’s alma matter), on target dates (amen!), hiking, and simply enjoy each other’s company. On Sara’s birthday, through a game of “hot” or “cold” while attempting to find her last birthday present, Josh surprised Sara by proposing. Now you know why we had a hard time holding back the tears.
These two are just too sweet! Seriously, we see so many couples, but few so naturally romantic, comfortable, relaxed and calm when in each others presence. These two soul mates had the most breathtaking, romantic day at one of our favorite Pasadena wedding venues, The Athenaeum at Cal Tech University.
Congrats Sara and Josh! We are so happy for you both! And remember, no take backs ;)
